How do I take a good photo for AI transformation?
For best results, take a clear photo during daylight hours. Include the full area you want to redesign. The AI works best when it can see the entire space, including any existing structures or features you want to keep.
What devices does DreamzAR work on?
The iOS app works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later. The web app works on any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.
Can I use photos from my camera roll?
Yes! You can upload any photo from your camera roll, or take a new photo directly in the app. Photos from real estate listings or Google Street View also work.
How does the chat refinement work?
After generating a design, you can chat with the AI to make changes. Simply type what you want, like 'add more flowers' or 'remove the fence' and the AI will modify your design accordingly.
What is the 2D Editor?
The 2D Editor (iOS only) lets you manually place individual plants, decorations, and hardscape elements. It's perfect for fine-tuning your design after the AI creates the initial transformation.
How does AR Mode work?
AR Mode (iOS only) uses your phone's camera to overlay 3D plants onto your real yard. Point your camera at your space and see how plants would look at their actual size and position.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DreamzAR > Cancel. For Web: Log in to your account and go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
iOS refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web app purchases, contact us at dreamzar@immex.tech within 7 days of purchase.
How do I restore my purchases?
On iOS, go to Settings in the app and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Why is my design taking a long time to generate?
AI design generation typically takes 10-30 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection. Complex scenes with many elements may take slightly longer to process.
The app crashed. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, make sure you have the latest version installed. Contact us at dreamzar@immex.tech if you continue to experience issues.
Can I use my designs commercially?
Yes, you own the designs you create with DreamzAR. You can share them with contractors, use them for planning, or post them on social media. Please don't resell the generated images as stock photos.
